A Healthy Diet
We recommend to all our patients that they reduce their intake of animal fat, change to semi-skimmed milk, eat more fibre, greens and wholemeal bread.
Healthy eating makes a healthy body.
People who cut down on foods such as dairy products, fatty meat, chocolate, biscuits and cakes, but increase foods like potatoes, pulses and lentils are more likely to be healthy than those who do not.
We also recommend you should not add any salt to your cooking as there is already sufficient in the average diet.
