Appointments
Appointments System
All surgery times are by appointment only (see appointment times below).
To make an appointment please telephone the surgery on 020 3011 1890, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:30.
Appointments can be made online using the online facility via the link at the top of this page. Please see our reception staff to arrange access.
- An appointment is for one person only with a single problem, you can request double appointment if needed.
- An emergency appointment is not for ongoing problems but for acute onset of a new problem
- For all urgent appointment, we ask that you undertake a symptom assessment through DoctorLink- see below
We always try to offer you an appointment on the day you request, but this may not always be possible.
If you request an urgent appointment please try to inform the receptionist as best you can of the nature of the problem. She can then ensure that you are seen urgently by the most appropriate person: either a doctor or nurse practitioner.

Medical Students
The health centre participates in the training of senior medical students in general practice. They have wide experience of hospital work before their attachment with us.
You will be informed when there is a medical student sitting with one of the doctors and we will be grateful if you would accept them as part of the medical establishment. If you have any objections to this, please tell the doctor before your consultation begins.
Home Visits
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling 020 3011 1890 before 10:00.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. All sick children will be seen as soon as possible if brought to the surgery. This will be much quicker than a home visit. If in doubt about bringing a sick child out, please telephone the surgery first for advice.
Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
